Most orders ship with 72 hours of imprint approval. Orders are shipped by the quickest, least expensive method, typically USPS First Class or Priority Mail and FedEx Ground. If there is a delay in processing your order we will notify you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order contact customer service and we will make it right, whether that be reprinting your order at our expense or refunding your purchase. We want to make you happy. In over 3 years of service this has only occurred once - the customer was not completely satisfied with the ink color.
